Goldmine for Job seekers

Source: makeitingermany

Good news: Germany is looking for some fresh foreign talent. Due to a major labor shortage it is looking to fill up many jobs. To help you and your family and friends and distant cousins, they’ve launched a new job portal to help you find your dream job.

Why do we think this website is a gold mine? Well, for starters there are more than 31,000 active job postings open to foreigners. Plus, the Federal Employment Agency will give you a hand with your CV and documentation. And if that is not enticing enough they are even organizing virtual recruitment fairs for you to meet potential employers.

So what are you waiting for?

Bypass the bypass

Heads up: If you’re planning on driving thru the Laimer underpass from mid-March, think again. The underpass will be closed to motor vehicles from Monday, March 13 to Monday, May 22 due to construction on Laim main line. So if you want to avoid getting stuck in traffic or lost in detours, plan accordingly and find an alternative route. Or cycle - pedestrians and cyclists will not be affected by the closure.
